AI product lab

Ideas, shipped as products.

LAB115 is an independent AI product lab. We don't build platforms or frameworks — we point large models at small, concrete problems, then ship the result as something that runs in the open and is worth opening again tomorrow.

Products

Things already running.

All live. All open to anyone, right now.

Daily

One AI-written tech digest a day

Every morning it sweeps a list of engineering blogs, has a model score each piece before writing anything, keeps only what clears the bar, and turns the survivors into bilingual summaries laid out as one tall page built to be screenshotted and shared. No account, no feed, updated once a day.

RedNote Exporter

Export RedNote posts to CSV in one click

A Chrome extension. It neither scrapes the page nor clicks for you — it listens to the responses the site already requests while you browse, collects the posts you have seen, and exports them as CSV whenever you ask. It can also pull every image and the video from a single post into one folder. All of it happens on your machine; no server is involved.

Method

Three rules for a small lab.

  1. Start from one real annoyance

Every product answers something we personally had to do every day and resented. The chore comes first and the product second — never a technology hunting for somewhere to be used.

  2. Let the model do only model work

Fetching, de-duplicating, laying out, exporting — that is code's job, written plainly and run predictably. Only judgement and prose go to the model. The sharper that line, the more repeatable the result.

  3. Shipped, or it doesn't count

Every idea runs on its own domain, on a real schedule, for real users. Anything that never gets that far we don't call a product — it is still a demo.
